ACP 15 G
Pump is compatible with trace amounts of corrosive gases. Three jets located in the purge line help withstand trace amounts of corrosive chemicals, protect the low and high pressure ball bearings. For optimal ball bearing protection, the neutral gas pressure must be set to 0.3 bar (relative pressure) according to the flow rate value provided in technical data.

The 200 amu residual gas analyzers from SRS offer exceptional performance and value. These RGA’s provide detailed gas analysis of vacuum systems at about half the price of competitive models.
